The official errata is available as a single pdf document: Official Errata (pdf). We encourage readers to submit errata via the errata wiki found below. As we (Howard and Gerard) check the contributed errata they will appear in the Official Errata with an acknowledgment to the person(s) who contributed the errata.

Please put your erratum in the correct Chapter and please include:

1. the page, plus paragraph and line, or figure or equation or box number
2. the error
3. suggested correction
4. your signature (the 2nd last option on the editing tool bar)

A tick will be added once it has been approved by Howard or Gerard. Wrongly identified errata may be removed by us. Controversial points should be raised in the discussion box.
